Our Returns Policy
At Violet Andronis, we strive to provide you with high-quality skincare products and we hope you absolutely love your products purchase. Although due to the nature of our products, we do not offer a refund for a change of mind. We have a team of experts dedicated to helping you create an individualised routine for real results. We encourage you to consult with our experts in advance before completing your purchase. You can exchange or return an item within 14 days of purchase. We only offer returns if product packaging is unopened, the product is unused, the packaging is in a re-sellable condition and the return request is made within 14 days of order. This is for hygiene reasons.
- Any items that are not returned as new as per the above guidelines will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you have requested a refund on an order which includes a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount that has been paid.
- Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order.
- Card refunds can take between 5 - 10 days to show into your account
If you are eligible for a return you are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. We will help you organise the return of your product and provide you with the shipping label to be printed. The shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable, and the costs of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We kindly ask that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SAMPLES:
We understand that purchasing skincare products online can be challenging, especially when it comes to determining suitability for your skin type. To request a sample tester, please email us at info@violetandronis.com with your skin concern and the specific products you are interested in trying. We offer a maximum of 2 samples per customer. We currently only offer complimentary samples Australia-wide and just ask that you cover the standard shipping rate of $4.95.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to receive your samples. Please note that sample testers are subject to availability.

Reaction to a product
If you have experienced an allergic reaction to one of your products, please send an email to our team at info@violetandronis.com.
We kindly ask you to send this through within the 3 days of receiving your product and include the below details in your email:
- Your full name and order number
- The full name of the product that caused your skin to react
- Symptoms you experienced
- Our team may also ask for photos of the product and or/affected area to relay to the brand in order to provide you with the best solution

An alternative product will be suggested based on your skin concerns by one of our therapists
FAULTY ITEMS
If an item is delivered to you that is considered as faulty goods please contact us within 2 days of receiving at info@violetandronis.com. Natural wear & tear through use is not considered as a faulty good.
If your item is faulty when it is delivered to you, you can return it for a exchange or refund within 14 days from the date you ordered the product..
We kindly ask you to include the below details in your email:
- Your full name and order number
- The full name of the faulty product
- Photo & description of fault
- Once product is assessed by our team and deemed faulty we will arrange a replacement product
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS
IN-STORE
Check that you meet the return conditions, and once approved by our team you may return your item in person at our studio located at 11A George St, North Strathfield NSW 2137. You will be received by one of our therapists who will help provide suggestions for a replacement or an alternative product.
ONLINE VIA POSTAL SERVICE
- Check that you meet the above return conditions and find your order/receipt number (found on your order confirmation or shipment email). Please contact our team at info@violetandronis.com and we will generate your return label.
- Our team will be in touch when your return has been received. If the condition of your item/s meets our return policy, we will contact you for details for an exchange.
